Paul Maher has always had an interest in health and fitness and studied Physical Culture in the 1980s becoming manager of a gym in Gibraltar.

He later attended courses becoming a REPS Level 3 Exercise Professional and Sports Therapist practicing in Liverpool and Southport and working with a semi-professional football club.

Realising how the mental side affects performance and enjoyment Paul wanted to encourage injured athletes so began to study sports psychology along with Clinical Hypnotherapy.

He has turned these experiences into a series of sports psychology books using a user-friendly approach to guide athletes of all levels how to use their mind to improve their game.
