Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your manuscript and rights not expressly granted. By engaging our services, you grant DreamEngine Publishing a non-exclusive licence to edit, design, publish, market, and distribute your work as agreed. We retain rights to our tools, templates, and proprietary materials.
Payments and Royalties
Fees for services are due as specified in your contract. For hybrid publishing, royalties are typically 50/50 on net income after costs. Refunds are not provided for completed services. Late payments may incur fees.Warranties and Liabilities
We provide services "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. DreamEngine Publishing is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.
